Please contact the EN Payments Helpdesk with any questions at ENPaymentsHelpdesk@yourtickettowork.ssa.gov October 24, 2023 The Social Security Administration (SSA) provides routine reminders to Employment Networks (EN) regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with their Ticket Program Agreement (TPA), Part III, Section 8.E. Safeguarding PII (protection of confidential information) is a contractual obligation for all EN Organizations. Anyone with authorized access to PII in association with the Ticket to Work Program must follow basic security measures in their day-to-day operations. It is the responsibility of everyone performing work on behalf of the Ticket to Work Program to protect the PII of Ticketholders assigned to that EN. If an individual working for the EN does not have suitability clearance from Social Security, they do not have permission to listen to, be informed of, or otherwise access Ticketholder information. If an EN does not adequately safeguard PII from loss, theft, or disclosure, the individual who discloses the PII (and, potentially, others at the EN) will face disciplinary action. For consequences associated with a PII violation, please refer to the Quarterly Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Reminder sent on September 5, 2023.
