Topic: Open Call: Text-em-All will be joining us! Text messaging is one of the most reliable ways to reach people quickly. RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the next evolution of that, and it’s available now on most phones without any app download.

This session covers how texting works today, what RCS changes, and what it actually takes to get started, whether you’re already using texts for outreach and job leads or just getting started. We’ll also run a live demo so you can see exactly what a recipient experiences on their phone.

NENA Members and participants are strictly prohibited from soliciting clients for services during NENA Interest Area Meetings, Annual Meetings, Annual National Training Conference, Special Meetings, and Training Calls. These meetings are intended to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the advancement of best practices within the industry.
