NENA Board Elections 2026 


NENA is now accepting nominations for candidates interested in serving on the NENA Board of Directors! There are four (4) Board positions for three (3) year terms to be filled during this election and one (1) appointment.


We invite NENA members to nominate themselves or another eligible candidate.  NENA needs an array of expertise and perspectives represented on our Board to continue to successfully support the evolving needs of all Employment Networks and affiliate organizations!


NENA Board members typically spend several hours per week working on: 

  • advocating for the EN perspective and needs;
  • developing NENA's capacity to serve ENs, VRs, and AJCs;
  • helping to solve Ticket Program special challenges.

The schedule for this year’s nomination and election dates are projected as follows:

  • April 29, 2026 - Nominations Open
  • May 20, 2026 - Nominations Close
  • May 26, 2026 - Board Nominee list published
  • June 10, 2026 - Voting Opens (Following Annual Member Meeting) 
  • June 23, 2026 - Voting Closes

Election results will be announced in the July Edition of NENA’s monthly NENA News E-Newsletter.
