Rachel Hoffman

Rachel currently is the owner of Empath, LLC. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Work Incentives Specialist and a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 10 years of experience serving Ticketholders. She holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. Rachel first joined NENA to learn about best practices for running a Ticket to Work Program and now enjoys teaching, training and supporting ENs to grow.
