Christa E. Nivens

NENA Director

Christa serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for both EmployReward Solutions, Inc. (ERS, Inc.), a National Employment Network (Traditional Model) and ERS – Admin, an Administrative Employment Network, both based out of Florence, SC. Since its establishment in 2010, Christa has played an integral role in the growth and development of ERS through establishing policies, procedures, and best practices related to EN operations. Christa’s management team’s leadership has contributed to successfully growing to serve ticketholders in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Prior to EmployReward Solutions, Christa served as the Director of Administration for one of the largest privately-owned Home Health agencies in South Carolina, providing skilled and private duty care to patients with disabilities, occupational and physical therapies. In addition, the agency’s hiring practices included the hiring of numerous skilled personnel with disabilities and requiring accommodations. Christa has over 25 years of combined work experience in home health, HR, finance, and working with individuals with disabilities. She has and continues to serve various charitable organizations, serving on boards, committees, plus fundraising and event organization.
