We are all in different stages of transitioning into ever evolving business practices due to the pandemic. One thing that is sure to stay is the ability to provide remote services to serve all participants in our programs. 
We have all discovered various practices that are now a part of our daily work. From Zoom, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, and online assessments and tools, these are here to stay and we continue to add new ones! One that we recently discovered is Interview Warmup from Google. This program uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help our participants prepare for upcoming interviews. It is programed to ask common interview questions and analyze the voice and/or typed responses to provide valuable feedback. Participants can use this information to up their interview game on their own time and in their homes.
As a part of the Training Committee we are always on the lookout for new tools that we can bring to the group.
