Shelley Paquette has worked for Minnesota VRS as the Ticket to Work Coordinator since December of 2019. In this role she oversees the Cost Reimbursement for Ticket to Work for MN VRS. She also provides training and guidance to MN VRS staff on the ticket process and assignments. Shelley also supports MN VRS staff through benefit verification and sharing resources and basic benefit information. Quarterly, she hosts the MN TTW gathering for current and potential Employment Networks, AWIC, WIPA and other community and state support staff. In addition, Shelley is part of the training team as a grader for the MN Disability HUB training, for those seeking certification as a Benefit Coach. Shelley previously worked for a Community Rehabilitation Provider for 32 ½ years in many roles from direct supervision at community work sites, providing Benefits Planning as a Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinator since October of 2014 and coordination of the EN Ticket to Work program until her move to MN VRS.
