EN Essentials Virtual Training Events
Social Security invites both new and established Employment Network (EN) staff to attend the next two EN Essentials virtual training events about developing and maintaining successful Individual Work Plans (IWP).
"EN Essentials" is a new series of supplemental trainings for both new and established ENs, featuring information from the new EN Guide for Working with Ticketholders.
The trainings will focus on how to develop relationships with Ticketholders and support them in their journey to financial independence. Learn tips to support your EN's performance and details on compliance with Ticket to Work (Ticket) Program policies.

Developing and Maintaining Successful Individual Work Plans (Part 1)
This session will cover how to use Ticketholder intake information to create an IWP that has clear and measurable goals. Learn how to complete the discussion summary, identify the services and supports a Ticketholder needs and obtain required signatures.

Developing and Maintaining Successful Individual Work Plans (Part 2)
This session will cover Ticket assignment and amending the IWP as the Ticketholder moves toward their employment goals. Learn about additional compliance metrics for IWP completion, the importance of ongoing communication and the required documentation for the annual EN services and supports review.
Mark your calendar to join these events, which will be held via Microsoft Teams. There is no need to register in advance. Two weeks prior to the event, SSA will send service providers the login information for participating.
